Q. How frequently is Mayo Clinic Health Letter published?
A. Mayo Clinic Health Letter is published monthly. Three times each year, an eight-page Special Report accompanies the regular monthly issue. A year-end index of past articles is published and mailed with the print newsletter, and these articles are also listed online to search by topic.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. We want you to be completely satisfied with Mayo Clinic Health Letter. Both the print and online versions include a 100% money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time and request a refund of your entire subscription order payment.
Q. Are back issues of Mayo Clinic Health Letter available?
A. Yes. By subscribing to Mayo Clinic Health Letter – Online Edition, you will receive access to past articles. You can search for articles by specific topic or our A-Z Topical Index, or browse through issues by year.
Q. Is Mayo Clinic Health Letter available outside of the U.S.?
A. Yes, we mail issues to countries around the world. The cost of a one-year subscription to Canada or Mexico is $39. A one-year subscription to all other countries is $46 (U.S. funds).
Q. Why do print subscriptions cost more for non-USA subscribers?
A. It costs more to provide subscription services to non-USA residents due to higher postage and processing fees. Our subscription rates are not based on exchange rates, as these fluctuate on a daily basis and cannot be used to establish a fair price. Please consider our Online Edition as the price is the same regardless of your location. To learn more about our Online Edition click here.
Q. Does Mayo Clinic Health Letter sell its mailing lists?
A. Occasionally, we make our postal mailing lists available to carefully selected companies whose products and services we feel may be of interest. Many of our subscribers enjoy these opportunities to shop for merchandise, subscribe to unique publications or take advantage of special offers. If you would like your name excluded from these mailings, please send us an e-mail note at the address below and we’ll see to it that your name is not included.
> Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to be removed from these mailings.
Q. Can I reprint information from Mayo Clinic Health Letter?
A. Yes. To request permission to reprint or republish content from Mayo Clinic Health Letter, please e-mail your request to email@example.com.

Q. How do I find an article?
A. If you are interested in a specific medical topic, there are two ways to find an article. You can type in the name of the topic and hit the “search” button, or you can use the A-Z Topical Index to browse through the list of topics published.
Q. Will I receive e-mail notifications?
A. Yes, we’ll send you periodic updates as new Mayo Clinic articles and
products become available. You may unsubscribe to this service at any
time. Subscriber e-mail addresses will not be shared with any third party.

Q. How does your Free Trial Offer work?
A. The Free Trial Offer is an option for print subscriptions only. To learn more, click on the link below.
Q. I have already paid – why do I continue to receive notices?
A. You may receive a renewal or payment reminder after you have already replied to the previous notice. It probably means our correspondence has simply crossed your response in the mail. To check the status of your account or to contact customer service, please click on the link below.
Q. I subscribed less than a year ago – why am I receiving renewal notices?
A. We begin sending out renewal offers several months before expiration. Many of these early notices offer special pricing or gifts for renewing early. If you are not interested in these special offers, simply disregard them. However, to ensure uninterrupted delivery of your monthly issues, we recommend that you renew early.
Q. What if my issue is late, damaged or not delivered?
A. We will act promptly to correct any problem in service. If you haven’t received your copy by the 10th of the month (for example, January issue by January 10th), please notify us immediately. We will replace the missing or damaged issue.
Q. I’m moving. How do I request a change of address?
A. Please notify us at least six weeks before you move so that we can be sure you don’t miss an issue. You can change your address on-line by clicking on the link below.
